ProsperIQ LLC (“ProsperIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company, operates the ProsperIQ platform — an AI-powered financial transformation application available via web and mobile (“the Platform”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform, including our AI Financial Coach, Financial Identity Score, Debt Snapshot Tool, and all related features. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account Registration:
- Name, email address, password, and optional profile details.
- Financial Information:
- Debt balances, income ranges, spending categories, savings goals, and other financial data you voluntarily enter. We do not collect bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, or payment card numbers through the Platform's financial coaching features.
- Subscription and Billing:
- Payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor. We store only a tokenized reference — we do not store your full payment card data on our servers.
- Communications:
- Messages, feedback, and support requests you send to us.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data:
- Pages visited, features used, session duration, click interactions, and in-app milestones.
- Device Information:
- Device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and unique device identifiers.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies:
- We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to maintain session state, analyze usage, and improve the Platform. See Section 8 for detail.
2.3 Information From Third Parties
We may receive limited information from third-party analytics providers or referral partners. We do not purchase data from data brokers.

- Deliver AI-powered financial coaching, calculate your Financial Identity Score, generate personalized debt payoff plans, and operate all Platform features.
- Process Transactions:
- Handle subscription payments and maintain your account.
- Communicate With You:
- Send transactional emails, product updates, milestone notifications, and support responses. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- Improve Our Services:
- Analyze usage patterns, conduct research, fix bugs, and develop new features. Where used for AI improvement, data is aggregated and de-identified.
- Ensure Safety and Security:
- Detect fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect the integrity of the Platform.
- Comply With Legal Obligations:
- Meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
We do NOT use your financial data to make credit decisions, sell data to advertisers, or share your personal financial information with third-party marketers.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do NOT sell your personal information.
We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers:
- Trusted vendors who help us operate the Platform (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics). These vendors are contractually bound to use your data only for services they provide to us.
- Accountability Partners:
- If you choose to share a read-only Accountability Partner view of your progress, only the data you explicitly choose to share is visible to that individual.
- Milestone Cards:
- Shareable cards contain only the information you choose to include and share publicly.
- Legal Requirements:
- We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
- Business Transfers:
- In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred with notice.
- With Your Consent:
- We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where required for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes. Financial coaching history may be retained in anonymized, aggregated form for product improvement.
6. Your Rights and Choices

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

- You may adjust cookie preferences through your browser settings or our in-app controls.
We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days.
7. Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their data promptly. 9. Data Security

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Use a strong, unique password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. AI Features and Data Use
ProsperIQ's AI Financial Coach and Financial Identity Score are powered by machine learning models. Inputs you provide (debt amounts, spending categories, financial goals) are used to generate personalized recommendations. This data may be used in aggregated, de-identified form to improve our AI models. We do not use individually identifiable financial data to train AI models shared with third parties.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or prominent notice within the Platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
